About the Role:
As a Lead Pre-K Teacher at The Keebis Preschool, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds. You will:
- Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our play-based curriculum.
- Foster a love of learning through engaging activities, play-based exploration, and hands-on experiences.
- Observe, document, and assess children's progress, providing individualized support and guidance.
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing updates and collaborating on each child's development.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Proven experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- A strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
