VKB Outdoor Dining & Parking Regulations Meeting

Please join the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce and Village of Key Biscayne for a follow-up meeting regarding the Village of Key Biscayne’s Outdoor Dining Regulations & Parking changes.

Village Staff will present the new application process for outdoor dining with an overview of relevant of zoning, building code, fire code, and County DERM requirements – based on the code changes this past October which potentially allow much more space in parking lots and flexibility for outdoor dining.

Please NOTE: Permits created under the emergency COVID measures will expire and need NEW permits under this program.
