Event Description:
United Way of Miami-Dade kicks off an exciting three-month Back of the House series – welcoming leading hospitality professionals to their virtual kitchen table and bar each month. Share a virtual meal, a glass of wine and a cocktail, all for the good of our community. In hospitality parlance, the “back of the house” is where the action happens to create the customers’ experience in the “front of the house.”
The series kicks off on October 28 with James Beard Award-winner, chef Michael Schwartz. Then on November 18, will be winemaker Bruce Neyers for a tasting of three of his wines (all perfect for Thanksgiving!) and on December 9, world-class mixologist Gabe Urrutia will lead you through some classic preparations suitable for holiday entertaining.
