Fried Calamari: Deep-fried breaded mozzarella served with a side of spicy tomato sauce
Truffle Polenta: polenta with mascarpone cheese topped with wild mushrooms and white truffle oil
Prosciutto & Melone: Prosciutto, cantaloupe and truffle honey

Salad

Rucola: Baby organic arugula, pears, Roquefort cheese, caramelized walnuts, and balsamic vinaigrette
Mini Burrata Salad: Arugula, tomato, black olives and olive oil
Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and croutons

Entree

Short Rib Ravioli: in a semi-glaze sauce with rosemary and fresh grape tomatoes
Fettuccine Carbonara: Cream, bacon, egg and pecorino cheese
