Tuesday, July 4th
Appetizer:
- Clams: clams sautéed in garlic, parley and white wine.
- Meatballs: in a marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.
- Prosciutto & Melone: Prosciutto, cantaloupe and truffle honey.
Salad:
- Rucola: Baby organic arugula, pears, roquefort cheese, caramelized walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette.
- Caesar: Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and croutons.
- Greek: Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, feta cheese and olives with greek oregano dressing.
Entrée:
-Fig Ravioli: fig and mascarpone ravioli in an Alfredo cream sauce topped with walnuts.
-Chicken Milanese: Pan seared breaded veal, served with a side of spaghetti with your choice of sauce.
-Spaghetti Bolognese: Spaghetti in tomato-based meat sauce.

-Crème Brûlée:Creme anglaise topped with caramelized sugar.
-Tiramisu: ladyfingers dipped in espresso coffee, layered with mascarpone cheese and topped with chocolate shavings.
