Dr. Ralph Hughes has been a dedicated Toastmaster since 2013, excelling as club president, vice president of education, and vice president of marketing. He has passionately facilitated workshops, played a vital role in the Pathways rollout team, and served as a Pathways ambassador. He proudly achieved the designation of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) in 2020.
Beyond Toastmasters, Dr. Hughes is an expert leadership strategist, esteemed trainer, entrepreneur, author of four books, and former senior federal law enforcement officer, bringing over 30 years of a rich combination of leadership experience and education. His powerful presentations have inspired countless organizations, including Fortune 500 corporations, government organizations, non-profits, and churches. He has captivated large audiences at renowned venues like Amerant Bank Arena and the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Dr. Hughes strives to leave a lasting impact wherever he speaks.
