In this 90 minute workshop, Krista & Ian will share gentle Hatha yoga techniques and their direct experience from Indian & Peruvian Masters. This creates healthy shifts in the vibratory energy field for your entire well-being! Participants can expect some warming up of the body with yoga movements and poses, breathing exercises, and guided mindfulness followed by the healing ceremony where Ian and Krista use instruments, medicine songs and ancient rituals to further expand the experience.
