Event Description:
Master Sylvio Behring, Coral Belt 8th degree in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, will be teaching for the first time in East Coast his Progressive Jiu Jitsu Course. Its over 15 hours of pure and refine knowledge of the ancient marital art of Jiu Jitsu that was created my monks in Japan and it's considered the most efficient. This course is open to all levels of knowledge and affiliation. It will cover:

- Legal implications of Self Defense
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Progressive System
- Self Defense on the ground
- Self Defense standing
