Join PILATES ZONE every other Saturday for Pilates in the Park. Start off your weekend with a great outdoor Pilates Class designed to strengthen your core and improve your posture and flexibility- enjoy an incredible workout while balancing your body, mind, and soul!!!
Bring your mat and plenty of water! All fitness levels are welcome- beginners to advanced.
We encourage all participants to walk or bike to the location for convenience, or park in nearby areas where parking in the street is permitted.
