Joining the decor of the new office in Key Biscayne is Venezuelan photographer, Kiko Ricote. Kiko is the ‘spotlight artist’ being recognized for his contributions to the local market. His renowned photography will be displayed on the white walls of the office providing visitors an ‘art gallery’ experience.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has successfully held two Tweet Up events, one in Ft. Lauderdale at the firm’s Las Olas location and the other at the W Residences in South Beach. The firm uses savvy marketing tools to network which provides them a competitive advantage in the current marketplace.
