MIAMI MINDFULNESS and MOOD LIFECLUB invite you to start off the New Year focusing on your health and wellbeing.

JOIN US for the internationally renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn.

MBSR is an evidence-based, 8-week training that teaches Mindfulness-Based practices and skills as a health intervention. Over 40 years of research studies demonstrate positive improvements in symptoms, attitudes, and behaviors.

REDUCE anxiety... depression... chronic pain... reactivity... physical, psychological, and emotional distress.

• Classes 1 – 8: Fridays, Jan. 17 – March 6, 2020, 11:00 am – 1:30 pm.
• All-Day Retreat: Sunday, Feb. 23, 2020, held at Garden Sanctuary in a tropical garden.

Fees/Admission:
Free Orientation on Friday, January 10th. 
The Program will start on Friday, January 17th and will run for 8 weeks plus a day retreat. Last Day to Sign up is on Orientation day.

Tuition: $800. Includes classes, audio files, and workbook.
