PUBLIC NOTICE: Pursuant to Section 4.03(9) of the Village Charter, notice is hereby given that on February 23, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held on the second and final reading of the following Capital Project Authorizing Ordinance: 

     1. Capital Project: Beach Renourishment Maintenance Project along approximately 1.2 miles of shoreline between Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) reference monuments R-101 and R-108. The estimated cost of this project is $1,836,564.

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, any person wishing to be heard with respect  to the proposed Capital Authorizing Ordinance and address the Village Council on any item at this Publish Hearing may call (305) 365-7569 and enter the Zoom Meeting ID: 231 627 8415. IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT A MEETING OR HEARING, THAT PERSON WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED (F.S. 286.0105).
