Event Description:
Middle school girls will benefit from learning emotional intelligence, normalizing their feelings and understanding that being angry is OK or being sad is also OK! They'll learn ways to cope with those feelings in a healthy way, and why it is so important to express feelings and not hide them due to group or society pressure.
