The Center for Great Apes returns to its roots in the Miami-Dade area for a 25th anniversary celebration. This delightful evening of cocktails, heavy hor d'oeurvres, and music is a chance to reunite with old friends and get acquainted with new ones as well. Guests, board members, and staff from the Center will share stories and reminisce about the past quarter century and how these experiences have impacted their lives and, more importantly, the more than 60 great apes who have resided at the sanctuary during that time.
Highlights of the evening will include musical entertainment from International recording guitarist Harry Hmura, Zoo Miami's Goodwill Ambassador Ron Magill, and featuring remarks from Founding Director Patti Ragan.
Don't miss our pop-up gift shop full of 25th Anniversary treasures. Bid on unique items in the silent auction, and view one-of-a-kind art pieces painted by the great ape sanctuary residents.
