The 24th Annual 9 Mile Music Festival is a spectacular reggae event that began as an initiative of Cedella Marley Booker, Bob Marley's mother. Over the years, the festival has collected millions of canned goods to donate to shelters in the United States and Jamaica. This charitable musical gathering hosts many acclaimed roots reggae artists and includes visits and performances by several members of the Marley family.
