Dr. Kemper, who passed away from brain cancer, left an indelible mark on the world through his compassion and commitment to excellence in healthcare. In his memory, this event supports the Dr. Kemper Award for Professionalism in Medicine, recognizing exceptional medical students at the FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine who embody the values he held dear.

Let’s come together to celebrate his life, honor his legacy, and ensure his spirit continues to inspire future generations of healthcare professionals.
